Tonia Lee Samples, 52, died Friday, December 9, 2016 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany. She was born in Hazard, KY. She was a Mortgage Broker for Ford Consumer Credit and Genesis.
She was preceded in death by her father Hagan James Alsept Sr.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Samples, a son, Hagan Luther Ray Jenks of Otisco, her mother, Ruth Landrum Alsept of Otisco, a brother Hagan James Alsept Jr. (Catherine) of Charlestown.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 12, 2016 at Chapman Funeral Home with cremation to follow per her request. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday.
