Thomas Joseph O'Hara, 77, died Sunday, December 04, 2016 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born in Louisville and was a retired Human Resources Director for the Bank of America. He was a graduate of Providence High School and attended Bellarmine University.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edwin Thomas and Mary Margaret (Schwartz) O'Hara.
He is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Jenks of Prairieville, Louisiana, and Margaret O'Hara of St. Mary of the Woods, Indiana, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen per his request. No public services are scheduled.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to Providence High School, 707 Providence Way, Clarksville, IN 47129
