Survivors include two brothers, Steve Tyler of Clarksville, and Harold Thomas Bales (Missy) of Brandon Mississippi.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Chapman Funeral Home.
