Raymond Goelman Booze, 78, died Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany. He was born in Barbourville, KY., to Saul and Mabel Maker Booze. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his daughter, Debra Jean Booze of Hamden, CT., two grandchildren, three sisters, June Sanders of New Albany, Virginia Crooms (Sonny) of Nashville, TN., and Jean Sanders (Mitchell) of Louisville, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister LeEtta Jones Perdue.
Cremation was chosen per his request. No public services will be held.
