Francis Thomas Welch

Francis Thomas Welch, 89, died Friday, July 14, 2017 at Kindred Transitional Care-Indian Creek. He was born in Joliet, IL., and was a retired handyman for Childrens Palace. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville. 

Survivors include a daughter, Kathy Kruetzer (Dennis) of Scottsburg, 1 granddaughter and 5 great grandchildren. 

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 18 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.  Visitation will be on Monday, July 17, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM
