Doris Marie "Dorsey" Logsdon, 69, died Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at The Villages at Historic Silvercrest in New Albany. She was a retired Operator for Cissell Manufacturing in Louisville. She was a member of the VFW Post 1832 Ladies Auxillary in Clarksville and the American Legion Post 1835 Jeffersonville Ladies Auxillary .
Survivors include two daughters, Tammie Logsdon and her companion Vonda Braun, of LaGrange, KY., and Brenda Thompson of Jeffersonville. a granddaughter, Paige Thompson (Evan Schneider) of Jeffersonville and two great-grandchildren, Owen & Haiden Schneider.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, March 18, at Chapman Funeral Home, with cremation to follow per her request.
