Vicki S (Kennard) Jackson

Vicki S. Jackson, 67, passed away at peace, Monday, May 13, 2019 with family and friends beside her bed. She was born May 25, 1951 in Jeffersonville to the late Mildred and Arthur Kennard. She was a Cosmetologist and part owner of Hair Tradition Salon. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary Post 1693 and American Legion Post 35. She was a person who never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to everyone. She loved her family very much, enjoyed camping, boating and singing Karaoke.

 She is survived by her husband of 50 years Bernie Jackson, two sons, Brad Jackson (Michelle) of Sellersburg, IN., and Scott Jackson (Karie) of New Albany, her brother, Ronnie Kennard (Linda) of Sellersburg, IN., two nieces Jennifer Bindner (Steve) of Memphis, IN. and Sara Reschar (Earl Williams) of Jeffersonville, IN. and seven grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 16th at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave., Clarksville, IN. 47129. A VFW Auxiliary Service will be held at 6:30 P.M. on Thursday. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday.
