Teneele Kate Hissam

Teneele Kate Hissam, 39, died Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was born in Louisville and was a homemaker and an artist. 

Survivors include her husband, William Hissam, two daughters, Abigail Hissam and Sadie Hissam, her mother, Sylvia Downey Timberlake of Georgetown, IN., a sister, Olivia Hathnawi of Louisville, three step brothers, Derek Mudd (Alicia), Danny Mudd and Pete Mudd, and a sister-in-law, Vera Hissam.

Cremation was chosen per her request. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Chapman Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 12:00.
