Steven Scroggins Obituary
Steven Clyde Scroggins, 71, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital in Louisville. He was born in Louisville and was a retired truck driver for W.W. Transfer and Riverton Trucking. Steven enjoyed driving cars at the Sportsdrome Speedway during the 70's and 80's.
He was preceded in death by his parents Sanders and Virginia Armes Scroggins.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy Scroggins, two daughters, Lara Scroggins and Stephanie Scroggins both of Sellersburg, IN., three step-children, Bronson Sherrill (John Davis) of Bloomington, IN., Shane Sherrill (Gayle) of Clarksville and LaGena Bottoms (Shane ) of Russel Springs, Ky., a sister, Donna McBay of Clarksville, and 9 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 on Monday, October 17, 2022. In lieu of flowers the family ask for contributions to help with funeral expenses.
