Sheila Joyce (Tompkins) Breland

Sheila Joyce Breland, 78, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Sellersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Wandsworth, England and was a retired Supervisor/Claims for J.P. Morgan Law firm. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Valentine Tompkins and Irene Freeman Tompkins and a brother, Jeff Tompkins.

She is survived by two daughters, Shannon and Donna, two grandchildren, Bill Hubbard and Jessie Hubbard, a great-grandson, Aiden Hubbard and a brother, Ian Tompkins.

Cremation was chosen per her request. Chapman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
