Scott was born to the late S. Phillips Baird II and Norma Swallow Baird on May 09, 1962. He died recently at his home.
He is survived by a sister, Dana Zimmerman, a brother, S. Phillips (Phil) Baird III (Kyle) and a nephew Tyler Zimmerman.
Chapman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation and a private memorial service will be held at a future date.
