Russell Maddex, age 88, of Bedford, KY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 8:00 a.m.
He was born on May 14, 1937, in Madison, Indiana, to the late Bob and Gerdie Stein Maddex. Russell was retired from the Carpenters Union and later worked at Tri-Hawk Automotive. He was a hardworking man who enjoyed simple pleasures—especially visiting the casino and spending time with his family.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service to honor his life will be held at a later date.
