Phyllis Ann (Sadler) Underhill

Phyllis Ann Underhill, 81, died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born in Sulphur, IN. and was a christian by faith.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Paul Underhill, a daughter, Paula Underwood (Darrell) of Clarksville, three grandsons, Adam Edward Clark, Nicholas Clark, and Alex Tubman, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitaiton will be from 3:00 to 7:00 on Friday, and after 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Saturday. Exressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
