Patricia L. "Patty" Rogier

Patricia L. “Patty” Rogier, age 85, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at 6:54 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, at Baptist Health Floyd.

She was born on May 24, 1940, in Beaverdam, Kentucky to the late Louis Frank Rogier and Mary Lee (Carden) Rogier.

Patty was a devoted member of First Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville, where she served faithfully as the church secretary for 47 years. She also was an active member of the Joy Sunday School class, where she formed many lasting friendships. Patty taught preschool children during Vacation Bible School and taught preschool Sunday school. Her dedication to her church and church family was a true reflection of her faith and love for others.

Patty is survived by her nephew, Joseph D. Rogier; niece, Cindy L. Rogier; great-niece, Kaylin Lozier; and great-nephew, Trey Rogier.

Visitation for Patty will be on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Avenue, Clarksville, Indiana 47129. Her funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
