Patricia Collins Obituary

Patricia Ann Collins, age 81, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away at 7:29 a.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on May 4, 1944, in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Leonard Vincent Collins and Irene McDonald Collins.

Patricia was a retired office manager for Waffle House Franchise in Lexington, Kentucky. She dedicated her life to serving others no matter what her circumstances were and cherished every moment she spent with her family.

She is survived by her three sons, David Earl Puckett, Steven Junior Puckett, and Richard Scott Puckett; her two grandchildren, Justin Puckett, and Kirea Puckett; a brother, Ralph Vincent Collins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Lexington Cemetery, 833 West Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky, 40508.
