Mary Sue (Suzy) Hollis

Mary Sue “Suzy” Hollis, 71, of Clarksville, IN, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 at Norton-Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.  

She was born on August 20, 1952 in Ferdinand, Indiana to the late Louis and Bonnie Schuler. Suzy was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, she enjoyed shopping, attending Ronnie Milsap concerts and a good steak.  

She is survived by her husband, Charles R. Hollis II; two sons, Charles R. Hollis III (Angela) of Floyds Knobs and Duane Freyberger (Kim) of Fishersville, KY; five grandchildren and one on the way; a brother, Roger Schuler (Kathy).  

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrision Avenue, Clarksville, IN 47129. 

Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. 

Burial will be in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park; 

Memorial donations will be made to the Humane Society.
