Mary Louise Gibbs

Mary Louise Gibbs, 51, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born in Jeffersonville. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer C. and Cynthia Marie Wright Gibbs, two brothers Kenny Gibbs and Elmer C. Gibbs Jr.

Survivors include two children Ashley Gibbs of New Albany and James Gibbs, a sister Patricia Armstrong (Mike) of Laconia, IN., two brothers, David Carter of Clarksville and Johnny Gibbs, her partner in life Aaron Jones and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen per her request. A memorial service is being planned and the details will be announced when they become available. Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville is in charge of the arrangements.
