Kenneth Lloyd Fisher, 86, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born in Romney, IN., and was a retired gratis claims investigator for International Harvester. Lloyd was a devoted family man, who loved his children and grandchildren and he never met a stranger. He was a professional musician, playing music all over the area. He was a co-founder of Seven Springs Lake in Elizabeth, In., a founding member of the McCulloch Volunteer Fire Department, and he held a pilots license.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Camilla Moore Fisher, a daughter, Brenda Ellen Fisher, and brothers David G. Fisher and James C. Fisher, and a son-in-law, Kenny Eldridge.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Mary Ellen Cuffel Fisher, two daughters, Barbara Branham (Joe) of Elizabeth, IN., and Beverly Eldridge of Floyds Knobs, grandchildren, Denver Eldridge Jr., James Branham and Nicole Worley and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, April 28, at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave., Clarksville, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery in Romney, Indiana. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 on Wednesday, April 27 and from 9:00 to 10:00 on Thursday.
