John Buetel Phipps, Jr

John B. Phipps Jr., 86 years of age, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. John was a lifelong resident of Clarksville, IN., and a retired realtor.

John was preceded in death by his parents, John B. Phipps, Sr. and Anna Warner Phipps. John is survived by his son, John B. Phipps, III and his friend, andrea Skelton; and his beloved pet Schnauzer, Buddy.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville, Indiana. There will be no public visitation or funeral service per John's wishes.

A Celebration of Life may be held at a later date.
