John Haskins Lilly III

John Haskins Lilly III, 73, passed away on Saturday, April 01, 2023 at Baptist Health Floyd. He was born in Henderson, KY., and was a retired Professor for the University of Louisville Speed School. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John H. Lilly II and Marilyn Neucks.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Askren, three children, Faith Lilly of Louisville, John H. "Jack"  Lilly IV  of New Albany and Sarah Grace Lilly of New Albany, a sister Maytha Frankford of Huntsville, AL., two nieces, Maytha Cathryne Frankford and Madeleine Denise Frankford and the mother of his children, Jonna Lilly Tryggvason (Tryggvi). 

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave., Clarksville, IN.
