Israel JoAnne Planche

Israel JoAnne (Issy) Planche, 18, graduated to heaven on Sunday, March 13, 2022. She was born in Jeffersonville and was a student at the Excel Center with plans to graduate soon. Israel was a member of the flag team and NJROTC at Floyd Central High School. She was a member of Graceland Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing softball, working with hair, creating makeup tutorials, and had a heart for helping the less fortunate and people with disabilities. Issy loved dancing and spending time with her siblings. She was a social butterfly and full of life.

Survivors include her Mother Shelli Raisor Planche of New Albany, her brother, C.J. Brammer of Louisville, her three sisters, Lydia Planche , Havilah Planche, and Baby Lolly Planche all of New Albany, her Grandmother, Mimi Amy Raisor of Clarksville, her Aunt, Stefanie (Steffy) Raisor of Clarksville, her Uncle Sean Raisor of Sellersburg and many other great aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave, Clarksville. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. on Friday, March 18 and from 10:00 to 11:00 on Saturday.
