Isabel M Grover

.Isabel Maria (Vasquez) Grover, age 88, of Georgetown Indiana passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was born in Harlem, New York to the late Abino and Isabel Vasquez. Isabel moved to California and married her husband of 46 years, Richard Grover. They had 3 children, Jeffrey, Patricia Leah and Douglas Grover.

Isabel was a retired accountant for many years. She was a devoted Catholic whose faith was an important part of her life. She cherished time spent with her husband Richard, boating or chatting with the neighbors on their front porch. She was loved by her friends and family.

Isabel is survived by her children Douglas Grover and Patricia Durfee and her 11 Grandchildren;  Katrina Thompson, Daniel Grover, Logan Lucas, Jacob Grover, Sarah Carlin, Arlene Carlin, Jeffrey Klabbatz, Faith Durfee-Eber, Dustin Durfee, Derek Durfee and Jeremy Durfee.

And her 5 Great Grandchildren; Ryley Foster, Shaylee Foster, Isabelle Thompson, Lulu Grover and Benjamin Grover. They were her greatest joy in life, and they meant the world to her.

A Celebration of Life will be held for her later.

She has chosen Cremation and arrangements have been entrusted to Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave. Clarksville Indiana 47129.
