Elizabeth Jean (Buckingham) Martin

Elizabeth Jean Martin, 96, died Friday, March 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Beech Grove, IN., and was a Tech for Central Supply Service at Clark Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Morton Memorial UMC, she was a former Cub Scout Den Mother, an assistant Girl Scout leader, and she loved knitting and making afghans for her friends. 

Survivors include her son, Joseph Martin of Clarksville, three grandchildren, Holly Martin and Carrie Martin both of Clarksville, June Haggard (Johnny) of Jeffersonville, and two great grandchildren, Elijah and Mason Haggard.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday, April 6, 2018. Online condolences at www.chapmanfuneralhome.net
