Doris M (Self) Haycraft

Doris M. Haycraft, age 82, passed away at 9:05 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born on October 9, 1942, in Jeffersonville, IN to the late William and Linda Elmore Self. Doris was a retired from the Census Bureau and a member of Howard Park Christian Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching Hallmark movies and thoroughly enjoyed shopping with the Home Shopping Network. Most of all, Doris deeply loved her family and cherished their family time together.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mitch Haycraft; a daughter, Denise Stotts; and a sister, Patty Sellers.

Survivors include her son, Todd Stotts; grandchildren, Jessie Reno and Chrystin French; a niece, Serra Krajnak; and three great-grandchildren.

Calling hours for Doris will be Monday, December 16, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home, 431 West Harrison Ave, Clarksville, IN. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
