Debra Faye Troutman, 64, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany. She was born in New Albany and was a retired nurse for Spencerian College. She was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, Moving Forward Limb Loss Support Group and a member of Howard Park Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Joseph and Eddie Mae Denman Popp, and her husband Harold Douglas Troutman.
Survivors include her daughter, Jessica Randol (Nathan) of Taylorsville, KY., three grandchildren, Nicole Randol of Louisville, Jaxten Randol and Lylah Randol of Taylorsville, her brother, Steve Popp (Theresa) of Borden, her significant other, Larry Pardue, along with many cousins, family and close friends.
Cremation was chosen per her request. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a memorial service is being planned for a later date and details will be announced when available.
Donations may also be made in Debbie's honor to the Moving Forward Limb Loss Support Group ( a 501(c)(3) non profit group that provided emotional support and information to amputees, their family members, and caregivers.)
