Dawn Marie Hohadel, 50, died Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Rolling Hills Health Care Center in New Albany. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Vickie Coup, and her grandmother, Mary Dudley.
She is survived by her grandfather, Jerry Dudley of Clarksville.
Cremation was chosen, no public services will be held.
