Obituary

Dallas F. Polston, 87, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany surrounded by his family. He was born in Adair County, Kentucky and was a retired bank courier for Chase Bank.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bailey J. and Della May Garner Polston his first wife, Catherine Elizabeth Bruce.

Survivors include three sons, Robert Polston (Dawn) of Jeffersonville, Jim Polston (Lorie) of Clarksville, and Pat Polston (Christy) of Clarksville, 5 grandchildren, Michael Polston of Jeffersonville, Josh Napier (Samantha) of Borden, Brandy Hedrick (Jerry) of Clarksville, Brandon Napier (Mandy) of Henryville and Chyanne Polston (Tyler) of Clarksville, 9 great-grandchildren,  his companion Carla Davis of New Albany, four sisters and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.  Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
