Anna Elaine (Rapier) O'Neal

Anna Elaine O'Neal, 69, died Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Baptist Hospital Louisville. She was born to Gene Rapier  and Doris "Jones" Rapier in Whitley Co. KY.  She was an Insurance agent for Nationwide Insurance. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Rapier, and her daughter Betty Ann O'Neal. and her grandparents.

She is survived by her mother, Doris Rapier, her son, Ray "Spike" O'Neal, her daughter, Suzann Wayman,  four grandchildren, Christopher, Thomas, Elijah O'Neal and Lora O'Neal-Scrogham, her brother, Randall (Kim) Rapier and two nephews and a great-nephew.
