Mary Ruth (Smith) Parker

Mary Ruth Parker, 84, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Hosparus of Louisville at Norton Medical Pavillion. She was born in Russel Springs, KY. She was a lead finisher for Bittners Antiques in Louisville. She was a volunteer for the Howard Steamboat Museum and attended New Hope Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Jim "Jep" Parker (Teresa) of Clarksville, two granddaughters, Jessica Byerly (Justin) of Ramsey, and Casey Davis (Colin) of Sellersburg, a great granddaughter, Sophia Davis, and a brother, Cecil Smith of Scottsburg.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.
