Judith Carole Schoch

Judith Carole Schoch, 77, of Starlight, IN, lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, December, 12, 2017.  She was born in New Albany, IN and was retired from State Farm Insurance Company.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Schoch, parents, Buck and Jean Worrall; Joe and Delores Summers, and her brother, Joey Summers.

She is survived by her children Mac Spainhour (Shelli) and Christi Kirby (David). Ex husband and friend, Marvin Spainhour.  Grandchildren, Bo Spainhour (Brittany), Khrystine Knerr (Alex), Olivia Orberson, Emma and Jake Kirby. Great grandchildren Brynlee and Hadley Spainhour and Aisley and "baby on the way" Knerr. She also has several brothers and sisters, including her beloved sister Diana Day.

Judy was a wonderful mother to her two children, Mamaw to her grandchildren, and Gigi to her great grandbabies. She was the most loving, caring, and giving person you would ever meet.  Her family meant more than anything in the world to her and she loved us all more than life itself.  

Cremation was chosen per Judy's request. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Chapman Funeral Home. Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 to 7:00 Sunday at the funeral home.
