Juanita Marie (Keilman) Ridener

Juanita Marie (Keilman) Ridener of New Albany, Indiana passed away on April 25, 2023. She was born September 25, 1935, to the late William Richard and Elsey May (Roudenbush) Keilman in Clarksville, Indiana. She was a Jeffersonville High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Arts in Education and Home Economics from Asbury University in 1958. She taught at Ramsey High School for a few years and then at Valley High School as a Home Economics teacher for many years before retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Odd Fellows (I.O.O.Fs) and the Rebekahs. She was involved with the children’s program at New Hope Baptist Church in Clarksville, IN. She had a deep love for God and his creation. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Richard Ridener Sr; her daughter-in-law, Janet Ann Ridener; and her many beloved pets. Juanita is survived by her only son, Wiliam Richard “Rick” Ridener Jr.; two granddaughters, Rebekah Ridener and Miranda Ridener; and her two pets, Jo Dart and Draco Buddy. Visitation and Funeral Services to be held at Chapman Funeral Home on 431 Harrison Ave, Clarksville, IN. Visitation will be May 9th, 2023 from 3-7pm, and the funeral will be May 10th, 2023 at 11am with a graveside service to follow. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Gideon’s International
